Dalibor Karvay
Dalibor Karvay was born in Slovakia in 1985. He won several prizes, among which the 1st Prize at the Eurovision Grand Prix for Young Musicians in Berlin 2002, the 1st Prize of the International Tibor Varga Competition in Switzerland 2003 and the 1st Prize of the David Oistrakh Competition in Moscow 2008.
As a soloist he has played with renowned orchestras in important concert halls like the Musikverein in Vienna and all over Europe, South America, North Africa and Asia. In addition to various classical concerts, he also played at a concert in the Vatican in honor of Pope John Paul II in 1995 and also a benefit concert for the United Nations.
